Activating your Polar rs100 heart rate monitor
Polar rs100 has a ‘basic settings’ mode in which you have to set your personal settings, time, date and other required user information. You need to enter basic information only once though. When you change the battery of the monitor, you only need to re-adjust the date and time of the monitor, you can skip the remaining settings by pressing & holding the ‘STOP’ button on your monitor. Make sure that you enter accurate information about your physical being like your weight, height etc. so that you get accurate data on your heart rate signals from this polar rs100 heart rate monitor. The monitor uses such information to give you calorie expenditure details, target zone determination and various other information to help you monitor your fitness.
